On another users page, once you follow them a little heart is present in the upper right hand corner of the following button. turning this icon red will populate this user into your favorite user category under my sesh. It allows for easy access to the profiles of your selected favorite users.

From what I've heard so far, Android is more complicated to add features to. I know that favorite users is coming to Android next. I was glad to see the navigation bar, felt like a new app.
